Hello Katyt2296. My first opinion on Jasper was that he looked like he has lived a hard life. He had scars all over him and and deep red eyes. He looked damaged. I was not worried about his previous life. I was worried about his state of mind. All of us have had trouble with our thirst. I do not have a clean record, nor does Emmett or Edward.

The hardest part was that Emmett was still only a newborn when they joined us. Emmett’s third was a lot harder to control then Jasper’s
